I became interested in training as an acupuncturist after my own treatment for recurring headaches. This inspired me to change direction in my life and study as an acupuncturist.
I see a wide variety of patients who come with many different conditions and I am committed to continuing professional development. I have undertaken many courses including treatment for musculoskeletal conditions, emotional imbalances such as anxiety and depression, extensive fertility training, auricular acupuncture and much more.
I have explored talking therapies, workshops and retreats.
I have been practising acupuncture in Reading since 1999 and qualified from the internationally renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. I worked at the college for over 25 years as the registrar and clinic manager progressing to the Vice Principal. I left in 2024 to travel and explore other opportunities. I use a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element acupuncture to help restore the body’s equilibrium.
I have a particular interest in women’s health and have completed postgraduate study in obstetrics and gynaecology, IVF support, fertility and menopause support. I regularly see patients during pregnancy, labour and birth.
My passion is supporting people to find way that works for them to help them make positive change in their lives.
